On the 26th and 27th March 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual face-to-face MidPharma R&D Symposium in London. The event began with a networking dinner on the evening of the 26th followed by facilitated discussions on the 27th.
The symposium was attended by R&D Leaders from European-headquartered MidPharmas.
We led discussions on how to enhance R&D productivity, with a focus on:

- Allocating R&D resources effectively

- Managing partnerships successfully
From our discussions, it was clear that MidPharmas are working hard to maximise value by creating effective project teams, allocating resources flexibly, and managing partnerships proactively.
